Phone
hi,
this problem is due to very low volume of your loudspeaker...when u speak, they can hear u, but due to the low volume of the loud speaker, u can't hear them....so this is the solution: increase the volume of the loudspeaker, by increasing the volume keys at the side of the phone..
NOTE: you should do this when you are in a call....plz be particular in it or the volume won't increase...
good luck

Waite display
You could have a loose video cable connection that attaches to the motherboard or you may have a faulty on-board video.Try
connecting an external monitor to your Dell, power up the external
monitor fist and then boot up the Dell laptop. The video will
automatically divert to the external monitor if the on-board video is
OK.This means the video cable/connector needs re-seating or the video cable is faulty.
