I have experienced the similar problem as yours. I forgot my HP Compaq Win 7 laptop password, finally got out of problem by DIY a password reset disk with Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0. Your blank bootable USB Flash Drive will help you much now!

I'm pretty sure that model of laptop doesn't have a CD-ROM, or any optical media drive, could be your problem.

If you have an external one connected, there should be a button on the external device, alternatively open "My Computer" and right click on the optical drive and select "Eject" to eject the tray.

Hope this helps.

Dear Raisa,

It seems that the comma key has some mechanical problem. Maybe there is something that entered under the key and is keeping it depressed. Maybe it is the contact matrix under the same key that is defective, making a permanent contact in this key. Although there are some videos in YouTube that show you how to change keytops in laptops keyboards that could help you disassemble the ',' key, check if it is clean and free, and replace it, it is not a very simple task. You should better take it to a repair shop and have it checked by a service technician.

Hope it helps!

Use external computer speakers. Make sure to get 3.5mm speakers and not the smaller ones for the cell phones.
