Its may be the GPU problem.
It can be overcome by doing reflow technique.
You need to do following.
1. Uncover ur PC casing
2. Locate the nVIDIA PCI-E Card.
3. On the card, locate the power supply pin of GPU fan.
4. Remove the pin.
5. Switch on ur PC.
6. Still u may get scrambled display/wavy screen, but wait for 5 minutes.
7. Press reset button on ur PC.
8. Ur PC might work.
9. Switch it off.
10. Connect the power supply pin back as it is.
11. Power on ur PC.
thats all.

Removal of fan power, makes the GPU to get high heat, it a reflow technique.
Remember, not to touch the GPU portion (heat sink), as it may be in higher temperature.

Sounds like the fan has died (the bearings will go out, just like on a case fan). I assume you made sure the power is connected to it (usually a little cable, on Nvidia cards), so... you are left with a few options:

1) Do nothing. Make sure your case has adequate cooling, and the Graphics Card should be fine.
2) Send it back and have it repaired. Unless it is under warranty, it will probably make more sense to...
3) Just go buy a new card.

Unfortunately, even if you could get the old fan off, finding a replacement would be seriously difficult. I like option 1 the best - if the card does overheat and die, then you still have options 2 and 3.

Update your video card driver at NVidia.com. More current drivers eliminate the conflict caused by having 16GB RAM.

go google and type in--- nvidia drivers -- download the driver for your graphics board and win 7 or if you have a graphics board already install click on the board and change compatibility to win 7 in the properties tab you will also find an update drivers in the sam properties section

Here is a link to Zebronics download site. The manual listed under the 7050 comes up with a different number, but you may want to compare it to your machine. It seems that the problem lays on your Ram,not the graphic card.And since the driver of graphics card is capturing some of your ram memory you are experiencing this error.

Official sources of Nvidia don't support windows xp anymore.Try to download the correct windows xp driver from an unofficial source.If you are not able to find one,you have to upgrade your O.S to a newest version.

Try to clear your pc from dust and increase your fun speed.

This video card was marketed by nVidia as a stand-alone product. That said, SUN may have has the cards specially made for their application, although that is not usually the case when using add-on boards. Then process of elimination would tell me the card is defective or you have no firmware loaded for the card.
