1. As soon as you suspect that your computer has a virus, remove your computer from any networks it might be on, as well as from the Internet, so that you don't inadvertently spread the bug to others. Unplug your network cable if you have to.
2. If you have antivirus software installed, run it.
3. If you don't have anti-virus software, you'll need to obtain some. If you can't get it from a network administrator or download it from an uninfected computer, you can mail-order it from a retailer.
4. Start your computer (still not connected to a network) and follow the instructions that came with the anti-virus software.
5. Keep running the virus-scanning software until your computer comes up clean.
6. Reconnect your computer to the Internet and check with the anti-virus software's publisher to make sure you have the latest updates. If not, download them now.
7. After updating the anti-virus software, run it again until your computer comes up clean.

I can not connect my Problem with the Samsung YP-U3 MP3 Player

Go into system settings choose to reset it to Factory Settings, Or hold down the little reset button on the back with a tooth pick.

To delete a song from this mp3 player. What you have to do is to connect it to the computer that has its software on it. Then you open the folder to view file when the auto play comes on, then you select the song you want to delete from there, after selecting the song you want to delete, right click on it and select delete song, it will delete it out of the mp3 player.

It can be failure of the adapter , failure of the battery within the player.
So if after a 12 hour charging there is no power to the player , firstly you must try to reset the player. If this wont bring it alive then the player must be opened to investigate-- check the battery voltage.
If battery seems good then it can be failure of the system controller.
