Which units have the new Programming protocols? Understanding the serial number: The serial control command on early production units did not allow the controller to change only one input at time.  This meant that it was necessary to issue an input selection command for all of the outputs even if you only wanted to change one output.  This requirement made programming difficult. You can determine which programming protocols to use by looking at the serial number.  Starting from serial number 2006 5564 0000056, all units manufactured will have the new programming protocols.  For example, serial number 2006 5564 7 and all subsequent units will also have this change.
