Usually the buzzing means the computer board is fried inside. You can try to change the battery and hope it is just the battery - but usually the constant buzzing means it is now R.I.P. Sorry

go to settings, security, enter last 4 digits of yr phone number- should do it.

You should be able to reset the device without enter the MSL or Master Lock Code.

Try going to your Settings>Security(Device will prompt you for a pass-code, which if defaulted should be the last four number of your cell.)>Reset.
