okay Don't worry, first you must start with troubleshooting, you can switch on your phone with safe mode. by this phone automatically disables the third part apps.
so you can get a clue if your phone having problem in third party apps , when troubleshooting phone may work normally without showing any issues.
if its not you can think that issues are in third party apps ! so you can uninstall apps one by one and check whether your receiving same issues as usual.
