Door locked shut
Hi found myself in same situation. Press in latch and insert fingers upwards there is a grey plastic strip push this up with fingers and door should open. Note upward press needed where this catch meets front of machine so just slide fingers up from latch/handle. There's actually no need to take top off to enable this.

Keeps showing check water
As you know E9 is linked to the water inlet problem.
There are two scenarios here - 1) Are you using the Aqua-Stop safety
system? If this is trigerring then it can shut the inlet water. The
reason it can trigger is if the flood device located at the base of the
dishwasher under the tub is seeing water. Now it is possible the 2 weeks
wait for the technician caused the water to dry out and the dishwasher
worked on his arrival. But the leak could have started again when it
worked once again. So you could have a leaky hose or the door gasket.
2) going by the description of the error codes in this smeg document,
I can foresee the error E9 is linked to the water level system which is
not able to detect the level required for the dishwasher to start wash
cycle. Possible cause is gunk around the sensor that detects the water
level in the tub.
Refer a possible solution reported at this forum site.
What I am not clear is why is the dishwasher not doing anything now when
you press the start button. Maybe try one thing at a time.
Please post a comment to confirm which way it progressed.

My smeg dishwasher seems to
You have a timer relay issue ,probable need a new board for it ,a cheap fix would be to time it and see how long it take to run full cycle and put a regulaer outlet timer on it or a alarm off your stove or what ever, save a couple of bucks

Hi
The noise that you hear can be coming from the
impeller that is either broken or has gone bad and should be replaced. The impeller is located in the drain pump assembly, also it can be due to the motor going bad if the impeller seems to be fine. Hope
this helps...

Dx103wk will not start
You will need to be a bit more specific about what does "will not start mean"
Do you see the lights on the panel
are you able to set the wash program
are you able to press the start button.
Does it start and then stop or it never does anything except flash lights when you press the strart button.
If you have shut the door but pressing the start button causes no action then most likely the door switch is faulty or the door gasket is swollen and does not let the door close properly.
Please post a comment to take this fruther.
