ON START UP WHEN OVEN IS COLD IT WIL DISPLAY PHE TIL IT REACH A CERTIAN TEMP IF IT KEEP ON DISPLAYING PHE REPLACE YOUR TEMP PROBE

I think it is either a fuse or something that burned out that won't let the display show up. Check all solder points on the inside and see if any are broken for sure. Nothing looks bad does it?

Possibly this is why it was at auction...
