This 'cover' is not availble as a replacement part. In fact, NONE of the parts on the body of this shaver model are available as replacement parts. Only the foil, frame and cutters are available as replacement parts
Furthermore, this is a discontinued model. Replacing it with another MS-280 will be difficult. However, there is a similar model MS2-390 available from shaveroutlet.com. See link below

Same thing happened to me. I took it apart and got it fixed but then could not get it to lock down (wouldnt go down the whole way) There is a plastic that locks it down (if that is broken your out of luck)--and springs that pop it up. The key to getting it back in place is to push it down very evenly straight so that both of the metal rods go directly into each of their respective holes.
