E8050 does not exist in the Krups info I have, EA8050 does though. You need to remove the tamping piston and unhook all the wires from off the PCB on the side. Then the boiler assembly is attached to the base with 3 screws. This will allow you to tip the boiler over enough to get access to the screw up through the bottom that holds that plastic flange thing on the bottom of the ejection rod while you at the same time have another screwdriver in the screw from the top into the only screw that you see inside the boiler. One of the screws will come undone, it doesn't matter which one. That will allow you to remove the shaft that the seal you are trying to replace fits around. It is called a Barista seal part number MS5015004

It's not a job for the faint hearted on one of those machines. The 2 places most likely to be leaking are the barista seal on the bottom of the boiler or the distributor which is a motor driven tap that sends the water from a single pump to do various functions. There are also various hoses in there that are under high pressure and can fail in an instant. I have just read the error codes and it seems that the barista seal is going to be the LEAST likely cause of the leak but I would replace it during the process if you are going to have that area close to being apart.

That model is ancient, you are going to be scratching to find a handbook for one of those things. Are you saying that you have this situation? 1. you have a K-cup machine that stopped working. 2. water is not being sucked up out of the water reservoir. 3. and no water is being pumped through the little K-cup I don't know the answer, but am just trying to clarify your question, so that those who MAY know can better understand what you're asking. There was no ejection switch pulse during 2x empty cycles. Inspect the switch or what activates the switch, check the wiring to the switch and PCB. Is the chamber clogged with grinds.

Which valve where exactly, in the pump, in the tamping piston, in the distributor or somewhere else?

You could try giving us a model number, there is more than one Krups Espresso maker. One error code 10 that springs to mind is either not heating or the sensor that detects the heat is detached, broken or disconnected.

Yes the distributor is the most likely cause, if you have done the O rings in the hydraulic ram assy you should be capable of changing the distributor. The only other thing I have seen dump water to the tray is the valve on the end of the pump with the hose going back to the tray. You can pull the hose off at the tray end and run the machine to determine if that's where it's coming from. It won't be easy. I have an outer housing with lots of cutouts so I can observe inside while it's running.

This solution assumes you are trying to turn it off and it won't. If it is a model like in the photo it could be as simple as a switch button, does it seem a bit looser than normal? If it's not that you may need to change the pcb on the left hand side. If this solution does not help give some thought to supplying a model number and spend a bit more effort describing the fault.

Replace that pressure valve and also inspect it for leaks from directly under the boiler, from that pressure valve and from the top of the hydraulic ram. If when you buy your valve you find the white housing will not fit where the old one came from you can just use the piston into your old housing. Check this before removing the hose clip from your old piston housing. If your old piston housing is leaking badly before you even do this job then you will need to replace the whole distributor as sometimes a piston housing retaining lug can fracture, there are 3 of them and they are part of the distributor.

Look for leaks, it must be going somewhere.

Take it in to your Krups service agent, something is going to need replacing and they are by no means a simple machine to work on. You will fix nothing from the outside, it will need to be pulled apart.
