How do i level a refridgerator
Most will have screws on the front two legs. Remove the lower grill and check in the area of the front legs for these screws. If you have a bubble level set it on top side to side and screw the screws until it is level that way and then set the level front to back and check and do the same. If you do not have a bubble level, you can use a clear glass, measure the glass at a point and mark around the glass. Fill to that mark with water and level the fridge with that.
I PURCHASED A MODEL #57022
The problem with the fridge is repetitive. A frost free fridge is supposed to be devoid of frost. To solve this issue once and for all the best bet is to get the last service man to take a look at it and locate where the air has been coming through. This can be blocked once the space is blocked then the fridge will stop frosting and sweating.
Hope this solution has been helpful?
Freezer started forming ice crystals on everything
Hi,
This shows that water line could be frozen in the door. You need to disconnect the line under the unit before it goes into the door at the bottom hinge. Push the dispenser button and see if it comes out there. If it does leave the door open till it thaws. Covering the opening with a blanket will prevent the loss of cold in the freezer. The refrigerator makes a heater that will prevent this from happening again. The part number for this heater is WR49X10173. Next you need to disconnect the line to the water dispenser at the water inlet valve on the back where the water supply comes in and try the dispenser. if you hear the valve work but water doesn't come out, the valve is bad. If you don't hear the valve, the dispenser switch is bad and needs to be replaced.
Do get back to us for any further query and do not forget to accept it.

The freezer half stopped working Sunday morning,
Sounds like your defrost thermostat is not working.
The evaporator coil behind the cover on the back wall inside the freezer will ice up under normal conditions. Every 8 to 10 hours for around 20 minutes the defrost timer (or in most newer models the electronic adaptive defrost control) will turn the defrost heater on to melt the built up ice. There is a defrost thermostat which prevents the heater from overheating the freezer by breaking the heater circuit when the temp reaches close to 32 degrees F. The entire cooling system shuts off during the defrost cycle and starts back when the timer advances through the cycle.
If this ice is not melted it will continue to build up until the air can't flow over the coil to circulate the cold air through the freezer and into the fridge. The temperature change in the fridge is usually noticed first followed by the freezer.
If the defrost thermostat is bad, it can prevent the heater from coming on OR it won't turn the heater off when it gets too warm. It is clamped to the evaporator coil at the top to sense the temp. If it appears to be misshapen it is bad.
With an ohm meter it should show continuity when cold and none when warm.
Why doesnt the water and ice work on my side x
1st-Make sure you have water entering the unit. 2nd- If you have recently replaced the water filter- make sure it is properly installed. When you press the water dispenser, you should be able to hear the water valve energizing. If all fails, your best resource is to have a Sears tech service the unit specially if Ice-maker continues Not to function. It might be costly but they warranty the work without any stories.
When you open the door
Hi!!
Would you tell me a little more about the click sound please. Which door hinge is it coming from fridge or freezer?
The water dispenser tubing remains attached to the freezer
door and pulls through the bottom left hinge. Make sure you
protect the dispenser tubing from damage.
Another thing to look for is the door closing shim or door closer

For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...
FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.
If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.
