Sounds like the light is getting to much power, ceck to see what the volts are supposed to be, should be around 5 Volts DC, a regulator ,may be letting too much voltage to the light, replace the voltage regulator in the circuit.

try oiling the shafting and bushing of the motor, if this does not provide temporary repair, have the bushing and shafting replaced.

or u can purchase the 2 cap 0.8uF 275v or 01uF275V will solve the issue.
