Most likely you have your power and ground connections reversed on the amp. That will cause the fuse to blow immediately upon contacting the two sides of the fuse. If the fuse stays intact for a short while but pops after turning the amp/car on and your connections are correct then there's a problem with the amplifier and it either needs to be serviced or replaced.

Need lost power pluggs
both the power and speaker plugs are available on e-bay. search for ppi plug(s). You will find them there. Also, if you are interested in the actual maker of the plugs, I believe it's a company called WECO.

If the fuse only blows after the remote voltage is applied, the output transistors are likely shorted. To eliminate the speakers as a possible fault, disconnect the speaker wires from the amp. Also disconnect the signal cables.
If the fuse blows without remote voltage applied, either the power supply transistors are blown or the B+ and ground are reversed (or they may have previously been reversed).
