10.00.00 supply memory error
Memory Supply Error 10.00.00 The printer is unable to read or write to the print
cartridge e-label, or the e-label is not on the cartridge.
Basically what is happening is the printer cannot read the small chip on the toner cartridge. The chip is located on the front right of the toner cartridge as it is inserted into the printer. 1 - Make sure the toner is firmly seated into the printer. 2 - Power cycle the printer with the toner out of the printer. Install the toner back into the printer. 3 - Install another toner cartridge. 3 - Verify that the e-label connector is firmly seated in connector J510 on the ECU. You might have to remove the main cooling fan.
