We did fix our problem the the Thermadore. Someone accidentally pulled the door off trying to pull it out from the wall during a remodel at our church. We couldn't figure out how to get it back on but i found the info i was needing. It is now fixed but thank you for your time..

one of 3 things may of happed. 1, the element may have burned out. (you will see a blister or burn through on surface of element. 2 the wires that go to the element may have burned off. 3 the power relay board is not sending power to the element. (bad board or fans sail switch NG)All things need to be checked with 220v power off to the range. I would recomend calling a local pro.

The gas should feed through and the burner should light as usual.
