I have two laptops one wont connect to the internet explorer web

Very vague problem description.
Check the WGR614 settings, you may have activated the MAC address filter for wireless that allows only devices with known addresses to connect to the router.
Next is DHCP settings, is your router set up to provide IP addresses to devices (recommended) or is it set to static IPs? Your laptop must match this in its own network settings.
What about WLAN security? Is your laptop able to match the security settings of the router? Some older wireless devices do not support advanced encryption (TKIP, AES, ...) or any protocols beyond WEP.
Also very common: is the WLAN radio activated on your laptop? Sometimes success is just a gentle push away on an innocent looking switch at the laptop's edge.

My power light on my Netgear WGR614 wireless

Maybe you had a power surge.

The reset button does nothing with the router powered off, basically you hold the reset button in for 30 seconds with the router powered on. Following this you will need to set up the router again as all settings will be reset to factory defaults, from the sounds of it though the router may be dead.

Another reset method is as follows;

1. With the router powered off hold in the reset button,
2. Keep the reset button in, power on the router, wait 30 seconds,
3. Keep the reset button in, power off the router, wait 30 second,
4. Release the reset button.

Did you have wireless disabled?

If you have access to a multimeter check the PSU is working correctly.

Why is my computer connecting to other wifi

i think the wireless signals from your router might be weak than the other wireless signals.
You can try to change the wireless channel of the router.
Also you can remove the other wireless network from the preferred network list of your computer so that it will not connect to that wireless network automatically.

It keeps telling me that the password is incorrect

Make sure you are not typing in capital letters, the system may be case sensitive. Failing that re-set the password on the router and try again.

Hope this helps.
