HP Pavilion a230n will not power up unless I unplug the power cable from the motherboard, hold in the power button and replug in the power cable to the motherboard. Also PC will go into standby (sleep) but will not come out of standby (wake). Windows XP updates are current and BIOS has been updated. Tried all fixes on HP Cust. Service site and PC Doctor indicates that everything is OK...everything passes.
