Wdk, Try starting up in safe mode and use system restore to go back to an earlier date when PC ran OK, an update or virus may have corrupted the start up. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

do you have An Up To date Image OF Your System. if You do You Can Restore y Creating A Restore Disk and Boot From CD And Cghoose The Image Before You have The Problems. if You Dont Have A Image TYou could Factory reset And Loose all info Up to T hat Point. Always back Up The Image On Your System At Least Once a Week This Was You Can Restore To That Image And Only loose I Weeks work.

Try To Restore Your System To A Date Before That Error Had Occurred. You Could Factory reset It But You Will all Info You have Done Since you got The System. Do You have An Up To Date Image Of The system. Are you Running Win7 Of Some Other OS . If You Do Have An Upto Date Image You Can Restore The Image By Using The resore disc And Choose That Image For Writting Over the Bad data. This Maybe Your Only Way Out.

You May have To Find The Cmos Battery And Disconect it For aprox 30 Seconds. This Should Reset your Bios setting To A Default Setting And remove The Password From The Bios.if Not It May Only Be done By The Manufacturer Try This Method And Hope It Works for You

Most Windows 8 product keys are stored in the CMOS now. To use teh key, load Windows 8 from the factory restore partition or from a Genuine Windows 8 ISO Image or Genuine Windws 8 DVD and the CMOS will weave its magic when it sees Windows 8 being loaded.
