try going to service mode on the printer, go to service function & select parts replacement alert and disable the notification on OPC so that it doesn't show toner reading.
In order for the print out to be clear, the paper path, drum and the transfer belt should be clean & the waste toner container should be empty. If doesn't work replace the drum.
Test the power cable on another printer and sees if it powers it..check the power supply if it is up to or not more than the required output voltage to power the printer..if problem persist check power board of the printer and read if their is still continuity on the fuse ..read the fuse with multimeter..the fuse if the printerust have been discontinued
For me it was a standard paper jam. I pulled out the paper tray, reached under and pulled out a jammed sheet, then reinserted the paper tray and it worked.
