Hi;

office 365 is a cloud service, you should not be able to download it, you can still connect your "software" from your pc to sync with your "cloud" account, and it does not matter if you are using windows 7, 8 or 10! I would need more details in order to help you, thank you.

This is usually because the acer utility program is not running. Try reinstalling it. Go to the Acer website, support section, choose your note model and Windows version from the list and it will give you drivers to download. Amongst them will be an utility that controls these hotkeys.

ACER does not provide this service for that product. Users are expected to read the User's Guide, and in there it gives instructions on how to create Recovery Backup and Drivers and Applications Backup Disks prior to getting too far into use of the device. There is apparently no recovery partition that can be used, as it is not mentioned anywhere in the documentation. Under the circumstances, if you are down without backup media, unless you purchase a new OS disk (it doesn't have to Windows 8) and install that, you are stuck with a brick for a device. Their support website has hardware drivers for both Windows 7 and Windows 8. If you wanted to install Windows 10, odds are good that all drivers will be included in the OS itself. For any that are not, the Windows 8 driver would probably work just fine.

Or just buy a new laptop.

the items are Dimm1 and DImm2 which refer to the ram cards in the computer
type in --what is a dmm1 in a laptop and there is a video that explains the message and how to fix
take it to a computer repair shop as the os may be corrupted or a ram card is failing

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

The password was set by the user/administrator, owner and is only recoverable by entering that password. As passwords are randomly written, recovery is not practical. Western Digital can help but there will be no data on the drive when you get it going and it will be cheaper to purchase a new hdd and throw that one away. ALWAYS keep a record of passwords!

Power computer on. Hold Alt and keep pressing F10 at the Acer logo. You may need a password. If you have used Erecovery before you would have been asked to create a password.
If your first Erecovery the default password is 000000
Select Factory
If this fails, your recovery partition is probably corrupt, and you'll either need to contact Acer for recovery disks or use a Windows 7 installation disk

It appears that your computer is unable to load the operating system. This could be caused by a defective hard drive. Some computers have built in diagnostics so check with the manufacturer to see if your model has this option.

Generally a power supply failure. The monitor has either it's own power supply or is fed by a different circuit from the computer.

Right now you would need to install either Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. Neither is as good as 10, and will not be supported for much longer. Microsoft is also currently pushing Windows 10 upgrades to users, so you may be either encouraged or eventually forced to upgrade.

If you still want to install a different version you MUST have a valid install CD/DVD and product key. Put the CD in the drive, start the computer and press any key when prompted to ("Press any key to boot from CD or DVD"). The install will wipe out any previous version of Windows (choose format drive) AND any data or other programs you have on the computer.
Don like Windows 10 Here how to uninstall it
