Check with your Viking rep. I have the same problem and got word from Viking they are coming up with a new hinge doorstop at different angles. It will come in a form of a kit. The one I'm getting is about 100 degree opening. The problem I had was the door was hitting and adjacent electric oven from Viking. It just swung too wide.

Hi,Condensation is cause by warm air meeting cold air. I would suspect the door gasket was the cause of the condensation. When looking this up, I found many different models under this number, part number 67003547, this gasket is black in color and is a push on, means no screws required to change. Check with your Viking rep. I had a problem that the door swings too wide. They said they are coming u with a kit to replace the door stop. I was told there will be a 100 degree doorstop kit for my problem The door when swung open gets a ding from an adjacent Viking electric oven with the professional door.

this is your damper control
it is a lil door that is being pushed ipen and closed
to regulate the temp in the refer, off the coils in the freezer,
yes you can remove the cover, some models have a screw, some just pull off,and snap on
some of these dampers creak, some dont
i know its annoying , but you may just get a replacement part that creaks too
