2. Press MENU, and then press ENTER. The LCD panel will display Tech Mode.

5. Press ENTER. The toner warning message should be gone.
6. To exit TECH MODE, press MENU # 1 9 3 4 in rapid succession, as if you were dialing a phone number. The operator panel should no longer display TECH.

Disassemble fuser and inspect thermistor, thermostat and heat lamp. Replace broken part.

Hello,it's either the lamp in the fuser is burnt, the thermistor (heat sensor) on the fuser is burnt, or the low voltage power supply is not providing enough voltage to the fuser lamp. Your safest bet is to replace the fuser.
i will advice you replace the fuser to be on a safer side.

The best is to scan to pc and add it as a attachment in the mail! Scanning to mail directly is a bit tricky!

If your device is displaying 'Laser error' then you most likely have a faulty Laser Scanner unit
This will need a service technician to repair / replace it.

Samsung service code is fn # 1934, go to tech mode and reset to factory set
