Replace the whole speed control, you can find them at most Home Depots. Very simple repair, just make sure you note which wire goes where, and how many wires there are. Not all controlers are the same. If you don't feel comfortable removing old one, Note the make of the fan, and the sales person should be able to assist you.

Remove the glass globe exposing the bulbs and replace. Some of the globes have screws around the metal rim that hold them in place and some actually unscrew as a unit.

Go to Home Depot, they sell this brand.

The globe can be directly ordered from manufacturer- King of Fans. I got number from Home Depot, because it was backordered so they gave me the direct number. 1-800-330-3267 UPC #082392400934
