Wish I had one of those lying around. Best I could say would be to Look on page 6 of the V360 Manual. If you can get into the Settings Menu then you just need to go down 2 and select and then down 1 and select and you'll be in the USB settings menu. If you remember how to get in the Main menu, it's usually down one and right one to the settings menu.

The phone is also supported by the Motorola Phone Tools program.. There is an option to transfer your phone book to another phone on the Motorola Phone Tools Welcome Screen. (I think it just takes a couple of clicks with your mouse to get r' done.

You'll need a Windows PC, a data cable (you may be able to use Bluetooth) and you'll also need to download and install the USB Windows drivers as well. Here's the link:

Sign up to enter the site. (It's as easy as 1-2-3)

As a member, you can then download the Motorola Phone Tools (PC Suite) for your PC for free.

**Make sure you download the USB Drivers, too.

The download for the PC Suite is in .zip format. You'll need to unzip it to a new folder.
(You can create a new folder on your desktop by right clicking on your desktop and selecting: New > folder)

After unzipping the file to the new folder, double click on it to open > locate the >>
Setup icon and double click on it.

This will install Motorola Phone Tools (PC Suite) on your PC.

Start the Phone Tools Program by double clicking on the icon on your desktop.

Download the Data Cable/Modem drivers and attach your phone to your PC with a USB data cable.
(You may also be able to use Bluetooth)

The PC Suite will include all of your options on the left hand side.

This is a service provided by your service provider ... it is called Call Forwarding. Yo uwill probably have to subscribe to it.

probably faulty firmware, or the battery blown.
if the firmware is faulty and cant usb connect, the fone is probably stuffed.
if battery blown, just buy new battery.
