AcerPower 2000-UD431C - Core 2 Duo E4300 1.8 GHz (S6463626) PC Desktop Questions & Answers
I have a AcerPower 2000 desktop computer, when
Hi fspade
If you're lucky this could be very simple:
- Unplug the power from the back of the unit.
- Press the power button a couple of times.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Plug the power back in and try and turn on.
If the above doesn't work then most likely there is an internal part failure (normally the power unit). I would take it somewhere to get checked out.
Hope this helps
Scott.

Wifi modem is not recognized
Try recycling the wireless router by unplugging the power to it and wait 20 seconds then plug the router back in. Sometimes that is all it takes. After recycling the router if the adapter still does not show any wireless networks make sure you don't have the wireless radio turned off in the software that runs the adapter. If all fails, try the adapter in another usb port if it is a usb adapter. You could reinstall the adapter's software and driver.

I have acer power2000 and
There could be a setting in your BIOS , called " FAN SPEED CONTROL "
Turn this on, and it will go slower, so less noisy.

No display machine goes into Power Save Mode
Not much to go on here.
I assume you mean the machine goes into power save mode and you can't get it back out again?
There are power mode setting in control panel.
You might need to turn it off so the power save feature is not activated.
There are also power save setting in the BIOS settings.
Again you may need to disable it or try different settings.

I ran a driver scan
Hey
Ok, the resolution the computer is using now is out of the range that is supported, try another monitor or try pressing F8 on the startup to get the advanced startup menu then select safe mode, in safe mode uninstall the driver you installed, this should return it to normal, then restart the computer and in normal mode you will need to install the old driver to get everything back to normal.

Mpowering technology pop up
Couldn't get rid of mpowereing technology pop up. Tried every solution offered by the internet. Finally I noticed when I powered up my computer the pop up showed up even before the computer loaded anything. I turned off the power to the monitor and powered it back up an viola, pop up gone. The Acer monitor had generated the pop up.
My Acer X1110 switches off as soon as blue light comes on?
it needs service, and service manuals are hard to find on anything by the likes of ACER.
this projector worked for 12 long years, did you own it 12 or bought a bad projector, no history told as I can buy dead projectors all day long. and hard nut problems even hacking done.
Acer X1110 data projector Standard throw projector..
did you know most projectors have serious grade protective devices inside??? (tamper and overheating are 2)
did you read owners manual page 32 yet, errors.
LED codes.?
there are 4 LED, and all 4 matter, projector turned (ON) (not one =1)
also in pairs glowing and also if blinking or not, so read page 32
it tells all that.
my guess is overheat failures, even cold, due fan slow or packed in lint after 12 years of use and no service done,.

some have dust filtler
a shop first cleans is out first, and check fan RPM with and LED tachometer.
this is all SOP.
''e'' button :acer empowering technology
That button can be set using the utility on your programs list
It maybe that you accidentally turned it off or set it to do some other task.
Start there first before re-installing the program that sets it.
That is on one of the cds that should have come with it and can be installed by itself.
