Monitor flickers with lines across
screen is going bad which is why its flickering and has the lines across the screen. Theres a board behind the lcd and when that doesn't process the voltage properly it can cause the screen to flicker. White lines across the screen means the screen is going bad. At this point unless your monitor is under warranty, go ahead and replace it.

Screen has gone black - is there a fuse anywhere I
Hello,
Monitor do not have fuse,
Have you check all connection to see if they are right,
check if no cable was unplug, if you have and yet no picture display, It
could be that the picture board on your monitor has started
malfunctioning, since the power led or button is on, it means the
picture
board of your monitor has developed fault.
The best thing for you
to
do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer within your vicinity
or any service center
to help with the replacement of the picture board
because the fault is not something you can fix yourself, in order not to
complicate issues.
Take care.

Mitsubishi tv dvi
If your TV has a HDMI input plug your HDMI cable into that, then select HDMI on TV. HDMI means HIGH DEFINITION MEDIA INTERFACE and DV means DIGITAL/VIDEO. One is HIGH DEFINITION the other is not.

Doesnot display no input signal
if the power led blink red, there is a faulty component in the inverter section or backlight, if the power led is off there is a defective component in the power supply.

I have a LC17 Norcent
Yes it is compatible with Macbook, as long as you have the right adapter and cable i see no problem why your Norcent monitor won't work. Can you tell me what port does your Norcent have? is it dvi or vga?
