Replacement pot

The absolute BEST place I ever found to get anything like that is Ebay. We had an EXPENSIVE coffee pod coffeemaker & my grandma put an electric skillet over the drip tray, thereby warping it to oblivion. I had given up saying anything long before & began just cleaning up after her mishaps. I went to Ebay and was thankful to find another at a really great price because it was used. (The market was filled with new ones & the home page for the maker of this coffeemaker had none in stock; kind of a hint that they got tired of carrying them so they Ebayed them to clearance them out, I think. However they were MUCH more expensive than this used one.) $8 later you can't tell a thing happened. If you can't find what you want the first time keep looking. People post new things every day!

I don't have a manual

I had the same problem as mine was given to me without the instructions, but its very simple to use. You just open the top of it, remove the little tea basket and the basket holder. Next you want to fill the little pot to the desired amount of ounces and then poor it down into the tea maker. never go past the fill line that's etched inside cause you will be cleaning up water from everywhere! Next, put the pot on the heated plate and put the tea basket and holder back in place. Put your chosen tea in the little basket and then close the top of the tea maker. It will start to brew the tea now. Always have your pot in place before closing the top, otherwise the tea will start brewing all over the hot plate. you'll probably hear this crackling popping sound, and that's just the tea maker heating and pushing the heated water through the machine. Once the tea maker has stopped crackling and popping and is no longer dripping, the tea is ready. When you get done using it, run a full pot of water through the machine to clean it. Repeat until water comes out clear. Also clean your basket and holder and occasionally you're gonna want to clean the part where the tea drips from the maker into the pot. You just reach under and pull it out, clean it and replace it. It just slides right out and back in. Tea can stain it and build up there, so you definitely want to clean that. Be really careful because it gets really hot, and releases lots of steam if you happen to open it while its brewing for some reason. Occasionally you will need to clean the inside of the actual tea maker. When you do this, make sure it is unplugged. Make sure not to get the hot plate wet. Clean with soapy water and carefully rinse it out. there's a little rubber stopper inside at the back of it and you want to take it out while cleaning and put it back when you're done. Once you've gotten it all cleaned and rinsed out, run a few pots of water through it, and if there's nothing in the machine or pot, it should be clean. If there is, carefully rinse the inside of the machine out again, then run a pot of water through again. If there's still stuff in the machine, just keep repeating til the water and machine are clear. I cant stress enough to be careful because of the electrical parts and you don't want to ruin the machine. Just take your time and be careful. Hope this was helpful!

Will not despense tea

Brew vinegar through it. Stop the brewing cycle halfway through and let it sit overnight. Should work better.

"Tea Drop" manual

It's December, so you may not still be looking, but you put in 1 tea bag in each side for 1/2 pot of tea, or 2 tea bags in each side for a full pot. If you are using loose tea (tastes better - I just buy Lipton), then you put in 1 Tablespoon in each side for a 1/2 pot and 2 Tablespoons in each side for a full pot. Hope this helps!

Sunbeam Barista Max EM5300 Leak

I was looking for a Service manual, but can only find the owners manual. https://www.manualslib.com/products/Sunbeam-Barista-Max-Em5300-10377153.html Steam wands are nearly always blocked with cooked and congealed milk. I have spent an entire career in catering and the last 10 years working with 6 coffee machines that dispense over a thousand cups a day in Airport Business Class Lounges. They need cleaning 3 times a day in those circumstances and we use an enzyme milk system cleaner. The wands are usually fairly easy to remove and you can get tube brushes or the type they now sell for cleaning stainless steel straws. The leak will certainly be from the brew head. They have multiple O-ring seals that need changing every 4 to 6 months in a commercial setting. All of the machines have access. Remove back and sides. Look for screws on the side that hold the top. Everything is fitted into a frame. There is some help in the manual, but not enough. https://www.manualslib.com/products/Sunbeam-Barista-Max-Em5300-10377153.html ..

After how long do you change the filter (the one with the charcoal and other stuff) for the sunbeam 14L mineral pot?

It would be a good idea to change it every year. Look for the instructions that came with it, and see what is recommended.

How to clean coffe grinder Sunbeam Model 6389-33

Oddly, I am unable to find information on this model as a Sunbeam product. Rather, an instruction book for an Oster model of that number appears in searches. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/116401/Oster-6389-33.html The Sunbeam site does offer instructions for its coffee makers but does not designate such for this specific model. https://www.sunbeam.com/service-and-support/product-support/product-faqs/kitchen-appliances/coffee-makers/kitchen-appliances-coffee-makers-faq.html Here is a manual for a conical burr Sunbeam: https://www.sunbeam.com.au/Root/Specifications/InstructionBooklet/EM0480_ib_1.pdf You might try Sunbeam's customer support. The general information about cleaning coffee makers seems to contrast with the general advice on the Sunbeam page. Sunbeam seems to use vinegar. You would think there would be no controversy about this topic. Not so. Some suggest using rice; others say this may damage blades as rice is harder than cleaning pellets. Some say use bread; others say this will gum up the works. It is likely you should use the instructions that came with the manual for the product. Since you apparently lack the manual, you might contact Sunbeam customer support; the Sunbeam page does not list manuals for its coffee makers. And I cannot find even a picture of this specific model number on the web. Good luck.
