this might sound dumb but check the ground on the amp make sure its getting good connection to the frame

do you have your subs wired down to 1 ohm? The reviews on this amp is not very good, a lot of people said they had a lot of problems with this amp, a lot of blown fuses and cant take a 1 ohm load
