Nespresso Aeroccino Automatic Milk Frother Questions & Answers
Burnt Milk at Bottom of Aeroccino
Try this - make a paste from bicarbonate of soda and water and let it
sit in the bottom of the frother for ten minutes or so. Then use a sponge
to clean off the milk stain and rinse and dry thoroughly. To prevent it from
recurring, rinse and dry the inside after each use and don't get the base
of the frother wet.

The milk frother has stopped
The solution to rotation issues with the frother have been soved finally by myself after reading all the suggestion. The fix is simple... Your attachments have been magnitised and need to be demagnetized. It works a beauty. Run a magnet around the metal rings. Hint. Never leave them on the the frother when not being used.

Nepresso aeroccino doesn't spin fast enough to froth the milk
The company will tell you to turn upside down for 24 hours to reset. I did this but it did not work.
Try turning upside for aeroccino upside down for 24 hr. You do not need to do this to the base. They told me if this does not work, I need to buy a new one. I hope you have better luck. I am on my third one. you may be covered under warranty- call Nepresso soon..they cover them for about 1 year. Good luck

My nespresso machine won't froth the milk
Brand of milk definitely matters... Here in Canada I used Sealtest 1% when I first used it and the froth was thick light and luxurious. Then one week picked up Neilsen 1% and found it produced absolutely ZERO froth. Back to Sealtest...back to froth. Milk brand matters....but don't know why.

What does a it mean if the aerocino is flashing its red light?
We had the same thing, and I think it has to do with overheating as well.
After about two goes of frothing hot milk, a little bit of burnt milk residue had formed on the bottom of the jug. I think that "fools" the temperature sensor, and makes it "think" the milk is hot before the frothing time is up (then shuts the machine off, blinking the red light).
As soon as I cleaned the bottom of the jug (had to scrape it with my nails after leaving water in for a while), all systems were "go" again......
My remedy: rinse the jug quickly with cold water after each use, making sure the bottom stays clean!

What does a blue light
Means you are not heating your milk, the frothing milk will be cold (for iced drinks) because you have held the button down longer than normal. Usually it takes 5 Seconds for the blue light to go on. try turning it on or pushing the button faster, It should turn on red, for heated and frothed milk.

I bought a Nespresso citiz
I would change brands. One question do you clean this machine on a regular basis? The nozzle is most likely clogged.
