Replaced battery and unit still does not ignite

not enough information. is battery installed correct? are all the module spades attached or grounded? is gas flowing so the bbq can ignite with a manual lighter? are the electrodes coated with grease so they will not spark? Are the electrodes 1/8-1/4 inch at the tip so they are able to arc?

Weber e-210 LP to natural gass

Need to replace the jets on the regulator, or the regulator itself if it can't be re-jetted. Nat gas needs a larger orifice, has fewer BTU's than LP.

Can I convert a NG Vermont Castings BBQ to

Unfortunately, Peter, for safety reasons, VC grills are not approved to be converted from one gas type to another. Each grill is manufactured, tested and approved for it's specific gas type. Converting it from LP to Natural Gas places all the liability on you, if something should go wrong as a result of the conversion. Further, you would notice a significant change in the heating ability and the lower flame height, when set on high. The reason for this, is that LP Gas burns cleaner and hotter than Natural Gas in an outdoor environment.

I know you would be happy not having to refill the tank, but I think you would really disappointed in the performance of the grill, if converted to Natural Gas.

I hope this helps you and Happy Grilling!! Thanks for choosing FixYa.
