Only phone number I could find for High Pointe is 574-848-1118 They are a company called Collins and Co. I have only left a message with someone in the microwave dept. and have yet to hear from them.

Check and see if your microwave was made in an overdseas country, or Mexico. If so, know that parts may not be available. Otherwise, type "Haier microwave" into your search engine on your computer, and you should eventually see some dealers who might be able to help you with parts. God bless your efforts.

There are no heat levels on a microwave oven, only power levels. I am not aware of any method of checking the power level except to boil water. Boil water at each level and time how long it takes to boil. The lower the power, the longer it should take. If there are no differences in the time, the oven is not functioning as expexted.
