Otherwise, this device is equipped with integrated speakers, meaning it is unlikely that you will be able to replace them. I I had a similar problem. What worked for me, was resetting the player. By pressing the picture button on the player itself three or four times I got to the reset option. Press play when it says press ok to reset. My remote automatically started working at that point. Hope this works for you
