Hi,
Plug the player into a computer. Go to My Computer and the player will appear as a Removeable Drive. Explore the player and copy the songs you want to keep and paste them to a folder on the computer. Now right click on the Removeable Drive and press Format. This will wipe the drive and it will be clean.
Now transfer your files back onto the drive. Done :)

You have not got the drivers for the device, Google for the device name and put drivers at the end.
After you find and install the driver, it should work
Hope this helps

The player should have came with a usb connection cable as well as a CD with the software on it. The easiest way would be to install the software on your computer and then connect the player to your computer. Once connected, open up the program and it should load all of the songs.

1st - You need to convert your CDs to MP3 music files.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track.
There are also Freeware CD RIP programs on the Internet that can create music title and album folders automatically.

2nd - connect your MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The computer will see this player as an external storage device, Just copy the MP3 music files from the computer's hard disk to the MP3 player.

NOTE - When the USB cable is connected to the computer, it will also charge the MP3 player's battery.

you can try formatting the player

1.) connect it to computer
2.) go to my computer
3.)rught click on device and click format..

If that fails I hope you have the cd that came with the device.. It should have the firmware and flashing tool on it.Follow instructions to upgrade the firmware.. If you dont you will need to contact manufacturer.
