You have a balling issue with the main CPU IC, you can try baking the board in the over, it's possible you will get it to work again for a while doing that, see youtube vids on baking a main board in the over for how to do it. Hi Ryan, I can give you some worthwhile advice on fixing your TV but I need the model or I'm going to be guessing at where the issue is at. One other thing make sure the internal speakers are turned on, go to menu, settings, audio and check this, I've seen them turned off for no reason.

A model would have been nice but not really needed in this case as this is a common easy fix, first off, unhook one ribbon connector going to the panel boards one at a time power the set up and see if you get a normal half picture, no ghosts, if you do the panel is defective and the set isn't fixable, I don't think this will be the case however, you have a bad tcon board, order a new one and replace it if you still get half a picture with the ghosting. Easy diagnosis and low cost fix with the correct advice. Try shopjimmy for the best chances of getting a working board, do NOT buy one from ebay

Seems HDMI cable is faulty. Did you try changing the HDMI Cable?
