hi, i suggest you back up the picture on your pc via usb cable then you can start reformatting your cam. hope this helps

you have to go down to the scene button when u are on the photo taking scene. then go up to auto the first one, and it shouyld be fixed :)

u can try to press the on and off button and put ur hands on the lens and try to push it in or push it out..
maybe it will come out or go back in
or twist it gently
and try to do that.
that happened to my camera also but i fixed it

you can download your pics like a normal file connect your camera to the usb port of your computer and save it just like a normal file...

Format it in the camera, not in the computer.
