Where on my dell inspiron/1200 do i insert sandisk
Do you mean an 8GB SanDisk USB flash drive (thumb drive) or memory card (SD card or another type) or another SanDisk product? If you have a flash drive, plug it into one of the 3 USB ports on the back of the laptop. If you have other devices plugged in, you may need a USB hub to add ports. (Note: hubs can fail; try a direct connection if the unit doesn't communicate.) If you are using a memory card, you need to add a memory card reader. USB card readers are available from many shops; they will be cheaper from some online vendors compared to the big box electronics stores. Get one that supports the format of your memory card. There may be PC card slot card readers but I'm not aware of any specific models. The Inspiron/1200 supports Type I or Type II CardBus devices; 16-bit PCMCIA cards are also supported. If you have a different item, please add a comment giving more informatiion on which SanDisk product you are connecting to the computer. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

When I format my 2gb sandisk cruzer I only have
This is normal. Formatting a drive uses up some of the space to hold a 'Table of Contents' that points to where your files are located. Feels like you're being robbed, but it's just how things are.

Is there a manual I can download for Sandisk
You don't need a manual just plug it in your usb port and go. But make sure you eject it each and every time before you unplug it to prevent data loss or corruption.

Computer will not find flash drive
Does the flash-drive work on *ANY* computer?
If not, the problem is the flash-drive.
Does your computer have more than one USB port?
Does it work in *ANY* port?
Does a *DIFFERENT* USB-device (mouse, keyboard, printer) work in the USB-port that you are trying to use? If not, the USB port has a problem (either software or hardware).

Where is the Google on the Matertech?
It appears that there could be miscommunication. As of my previous update in January 2022, Matertech doesn't seem to be a commonly known term or corporation. On the other hand, if you're talking about "Google," it's a well-known worldwide technological corporation that specializes in internet-related services and goods, such as search engines, cloud computing, online advertising technologies, software, and hardware.
Google's official website or an internet search utilizing one of the search engines like Google itself are usually the easiest ways to get information about Google. If "Matertech" relates to a particular thing or idea, further information could be helpful in order to provide a more precise answer.
