My zen mozaic lx is not reading to my computer

okay, it is not reading because you need the cd it came with and download it onto your cpu.(it has to be the kind of disk port that comes out. if you have the disk port that you just put in, it wont work.) if you have a little computer, and no disk drive, then you have to buy a one that goes into usb.

My laptop won't reconize my creative zen

Okay, well go to my computer and look for the icon of your player. Click on that. It should then have an icon labled 'Storage Media' That is your player's internal drive. You can drag and drop music, video, ect, that way.

-OR-
1. Start
2. Run
3. Type in either E;/ or F;/ (this is the manual way of doing it. E; and F; are common external drive names)

You should also check your usb ports. Plug your player into all of them, b/c some devices need a faster port (2.0) to operate. Slow ports (1.0) can still charge some devices but may not be able to accept any interface.

HOPE THIS HELPS!

Have a new 4G mp3 player. How do I get to place

if you dont want it to stop after each album ..load your music on a single folder ( it will play in the order...probably alphabetical...so if you load them with the singer name first ..it will take the albums in order too), or look in its menu and build play-lists...in the other problem I dont know if it has the shuffle option or not ...you just look on the manufacturer site for the exact model ...and try to find meniu specifications..in case you do not have a user manual....

I'm having a problem with my creative zen

Basically an MP3 Player is also a USB Storage device, make sure your usb storage device drivers on windows are correct and also check your usb slots, try switching them to another usb slot.

If that doesn't work your MP3 Player might have been infected by viruses that commonly attack USB Flash Devices that "corrupted" it. If that's the case i don't have any solution yet, i'm sorry.
