When it quits, tap it with a hammer. If it restarts, then it needs to be replaced. If not take a voltage and see where you are loosing the voltage to the blower. Well i be thinking something is causing it to overload the fuse like skid is stuck or very stiff or even bearing seized

Possible a restriction in the fuel system. Make sure all the lines are open and the fuel is fresh.

If the hyd tank is full there is little chance of condensation forming.

Check your pivots areas. You may have mud not allowing them to rotate. Use a lubricant to keep them free.
