Here is my problem, I use a HP pre-installed sonic program to burn DVD's and CD's. I was having some... (More) Here is my problem, I use a HP pre-installed sonic program to burn DVD's and CD's. I was having some problems with my computer and I accidently wiped my computer clean, loosing everything! So I followed the "easy step by step format my computer feature". All was good, got my pre-loaded XP back, also got back all my pre-programed software such as sonic. I was thrilled, until I put a CD-R disk in my burner tray, I then made a song selection in my sonic music software and then hit burn. My disk tray opened and a message read, PLEASE INSERT BLANK OR REWRITABLE CD INTO THE HP DVDRW DL (E:) DRIVE. I have tried dozens of blank CD's and no luck, tried HP to down load new drivers and no luck, tried Driver Detective and it found tons of problems, but have to buy service to fix. So I loaded PC WIZARD 2008 and this is what it says regarding my dvd/cd system. I cannot understand a thing it says? Can anyone help me get my DVD/CD burners to work again? PLEASE.
