I know this is an old post but, this may help other people searching. Try clearing fitness/status list. If running Aptra Advance software, from Select Menu, choose option 7 then clear Fitness. If Edge software, choose option 4 diagnostics, then option 1 technician diagnostics. On diagnostics menu choose Device status list then select Clear All or select error according to number on list and clear. Put back in service and test.
