Very easy to do. Good source is Ebay.

Note - you do not need the entire housing, just the lamp itself which is cheaper. I just purchased a lamp on ebay at arounf $160 including prompt shipment.

did yo here the ballast start up also ,it generates the voltage for the uhf bulb,try to lesten foe a small arcing noise from the rear of unit.also make sune you installed the lamp correctly ,seated there are switches that let the set know when the lamp is out of the set,/
