Dell F3534 Touchpad - Page 8 - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
I have a B130. The touchpad is completely missing
It may not be the touchpad, it may be the thin cable that supplies data input, they are easily damaged and can also slip out of the flat sockets that they are plugged into. Taking the laptop apart and inspecting these cables would be the first step.

My cursor travles around the screen on its own
That can be the proof that your system is beeing hacked . Try to have an anti spyware , that will solve the problem .
But now you need to scan your system for threats first .
Try to disconnect the internet first , and see if you still have the problem .
rate please .!
best regards.

The touchpad on my Inspiron 1545 isn't responding.

If you reinstalled the drivers then most like there is a problem with the touch pad its self. If you are still under warranty I would call Dell Tech Support to get the touch pad replaced on the system.

The left key on my dell touchpad is not working
Hello,
that part of the touch pad is not working anymore, its faulty and you need to replace the whole touch pad.
I don't know why this is mostly common with Dell. My friend has a Dell inspirion 1501 and the touch pad has exactly the same problem as yours.
I would advice you get a USB mouse to keep you going pending the time you get the touch pad fixed.
I wish you the best of luck.

When i type a-key on the keyboard then a1 appears
Most likely you have your numlock key turned on by mistake. Look on your computer and see if there is a light with a padlock and a number in the padlock. It is probably lit up. Now look for a key on your keyboard called "numlock" and press the key once. See if the light goes off. When you have the numlock key on some of the letter keys will work as numbers like a calculator. When you turn it off the keys are back to letters.

Hello, my touch pad stopped working today...the
It is possible that it could be a software issue. First go into the control panel and remove the touch pad listed in the device manager. Now you might lose control of the touch pad so you will need to use ctr, alt, and delete at the same time to bring up the option to re-boot the computer. After you re-boot windows should recognize the touchpad and re-install the drivers. Hopefully that gets the scroll function working for you again. If not you can alos try downloading the latest driver updates from dell for you computer touchpad and see if that works. If not could be the touchpad is defective.

When I move my finger
Try updating first the touchpad drivers from the support website
www.support.dell.com . If updating wont fix the problem try adjusting the mouse sensitivity to your preferred settings on control panel. Hope this helps
