My guess running the first version of XP OS, (hopeless) "My computer and I put a black screen that design safe mode mode with network safe mode with command prompt and in start windows normally and a count of 30 seconds appears ... and turns on as if it were to enter but do the same thing who can help me please ..." answer this PC is super old, buy a newer PC 2008 or newer. your pc has zero street value, even worse dead. spend money on newer PC.

This could be caused by nay thing unfortunately, you will have to work through a troubleshooting procedure to isolate and then hopefully be able to repair your PC. So you have to install 512mb memory module on each slot to make up 1024mb of memory.

Did you install 512mb memory module on each slot or did you just install 1GB memory module in one slot?

Try to go back to 256mb RAM and see if you will have the same blue screen error. If you did not receive any blue screen, try to add memory into it or just insert 512mb first and then oserve again if you will have the blue screen error.

If you've made and forgotten a bios password, that means taking the cmos battery out.

Use Hiren's boot CD to remove the windows password. http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/ -> Download link inside. Burn the CD, and follow the video steps: Enjoy!

just remove CMOS battery and it will reset all bios settings to factory defaults

check your keyboard language option

You should definately be given the choice to boot from cd, when you press F2 to get into the bios and go to boot options, what boot options do you have?

If you go into the bios you should have the choice to boot from ide (hard drive), cdrom, floppy disk, network (on some) and try other boot media.

Are you going into the boot option in the bios by pressing F2.

When the power button blinks do you hear the laptop fans run on full speed? If that happens its because your laptop is overheating and is trying to cool down. It will not turn on until it cools down to protect from damage due to heat. Use your laptop on a hard surface and dont block its vents with anything. If you want to use it on bed keep it on a laptop cooler or a thick book to allow ventilation.If laptop doesnt turn on at all, the motherboard might be damaged. Take it to repair shop and check whats wrong.

The memory compartment is under the keyboard. You will need to remove the battery, then remove the keyboard screw from the bottom of the notebook. Turn the computer over and open it. Slide the four tabs at the top of the keyboard forward to unlock the keyboard.Then you can lift up the top of the keyboard and rotate it towards the screen. Release the keyboard cable from the retaining clips and detach the ZIF connectors (for the touchpad and the keyboard). Be very careful when handling the cables and connectors. If they are damaged, the parts will have to be replaced for the computer to work. Now you can remove the keyboard and see the memory compartment cover.
