Hi !

my hp can`t on.i haz cut smart lock but no respon.i need manual book. Front header wiring information. I have no sound. I am installing a hp d530 sff motherboard into a standard tower. I purchased the motherboard only and now I have no sound from rear audio connectors.
You are missing the front headphone / microphone connector that plugs into the motherboard. Or a way to jump this to close the headphones so the sound will come out the back.

My HP Compaq d530 Small Form Factor Desktop PC processor fan is running always in high speed, I will check in bios to control the fan speed. I adjusted the speed to low in bios but it is practically not changed. I will change the fan with another one but no change will occured . how can I control or lower the speed. Pls. inform me.
The fan/heat sink on these models get plugged with dust very easily, use an air compressor or can of air to blow the dust out of the heat sink and fan. In extreme cases the thermal paste gets dried out and needs to be re-applied to properly cool the processor.

920-fan command 2 pin connector from power supply not connected
I have replace my power supply..but my new power supply didnt have the 2 pin..
Well thats not good, however if you can identify the Positive, usually RED, and Negative, usually BLACK. on the Fan, You can actually carefully insert the bared wire into a spare drive power connector, fans are all 12 V. You can use the YELLOW.. +12V & the alongside BLACK - 0V. This will power your fan. BE CAREFUL doing this. Once inserted use a piece of tape to secure the wires and fold them back against the Plug and secure. You may be able to buy a converter that plugs into that power connector & the fan?

what cause error code 511 cpu fan not detected
3 wire conductor fan. The 3RD WIRE IS THE fan sensor located in the fan's electronics this is malfinctioning come in tthe construction of the fan itself.

Audio drivers Hp Compaq D530 SFF running on Windows 7 ultimate version. i would not mind all other Windows 7 drivers for the same machine
Download the XP drivers and install them. It will fail to install but it will extract what you need on the computer.
Manually install the drivers though control panel and point to the extracted files "C:\swsetup\SP27103\" (might not be 27103 depending on the drivers version) Make sure include subfolders is checked.
That worked for me.
The graphic drivers are a different story you need to start with the vista drivers. Google is your friend.
