Radio #1 can send to Radio #2 Radio #2 can not
Check your CODE setting. It is possible you have one radio set to zero and the other set to another number. This would cause what you are describing. Note: The frequency, code and Qt filter (if any) must be set identically.
A second thing which could have the effect you are describing is bad or low batteries. It takes more energy to transmit than to receive. Trade the batteries between the units and see if the problem moves to the other unit.

How to wire a fridge thermostat
Wiring a fridge thermostat typically involves connecting the thermostat to the power source and the compressor. Here's a general guide for wiring a 3-pin thermostat:
- Identify the Pins: The thermostat will typically have three pins labeled 4, 6, and 3.
- Connect the Power Source: Pin 4 is usually the common (C) terminal, which connects to the power source. This could be the live wire from your electrical supply.
- Connect the Compressor: Pin 6 is often the normally open (NO) terminal, which connects to the compressor. This allows power to flow to the compressor when the temperature rises above the set threshold.
- Ground Connection: Pin 3 is commonly the ground (GND) terminal. This should be connected to the ground wire for safety purposes.

Realistic scanner police codes
I recommend RadioReference.com, they have detailed lists from all over the United States. In addition to frequency lists, they also include live audio, HAM radio lists, licensing information and a lot more.

Serial Number for KPG-790
All questions need FULL 'make model (what it is) first 3 words please.
Something to do with this? The serial number should on the label on the rear by the mains cable. This is a statutory requirement unless someone removed it to hide its identity.
