OK what can happen is the Overheating of the print head assembly, can evaporate the ink inside the tubes going back to the ink tank, and then an air lock stops the new ink from getting from the tank through the tubes and out the nozzle... You must force the new ink to push it's way through to the nozzles, after that capillary action takes over.. Sometimes a syringe can be used to flush the pipes as it were. Unfortunately sometimes it's just not possible to make it flow again without considerable expense and mucking around.

Unless you can see some easy to fix problem with the sheet feeder ... its probably cheaper
to buy a new printer.

The printer does not work correct in black

If the cartridge isn't empty ... have you tried the cleaning / deep cleaning options on the printer's maintenance section?

Start / Printers / right click on the IP3000 / click on Properties / then Maintenance tab. Try cleaning and report back.

Also I've had problems with recent Brand X cartridges from China not venting properly. After removing the tape on top of the cart and pin holing the vents they work.... without that ink doesn't migrate into the chamber that feeds the printhead.

When I print something out, ink-less lines

Sounds like a clogged print head. Have you tried cleaning the print heads?

From your printer's setup page, click on the "Maintenance" tab and select "Deep Cleaning". Then click on "Execute." When the confirmation window comes up, click on "OK". The cleaning cycle starts when the power lamp begins to blink.

Don't try doing anything else with the printer until the cleaning cycle is done...it takes about a minute.

Hope that's helpful.

I replaced all ink cartridges in my Canon Pixmo

Have you run the printer maintenance options of "cleaning" or "deep cleaning". Is this a Canon cart or a brans X import The brand X black carts I've purchased recently have been bad about allowing ink into the area that feeds the printhead and I've had to punch a few needle holes in areas that seem to need venting to get them to work.
