MDB9600AW leaking from the motor shaft. If you look at it from the underneath, it looks like water is dripping all around the motor. But only if there is enought water in the tub to cover the shaft. If I replace the motor seal, would it solve the problem?

I am replacing a broken latch handle and assembly piece. Maytag DW MDB6601 AWW Quiet Series 300. I ordered and received the new part which has the latch handle and the assembly already connected. My problem is I cannot figure out the trick to unplug the 2 plastic electrical plugs in order to remove the old assembly. What's the trick? I do not want to exert too much pressure fearing I'll break the plastic electrical piece. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have a Maytag MDB9600AWB dishwasher, serial # 12863743AR. The "Rinse Only" cycle has stopped working. When pressing the button on the control panel, the associated LED doesn't light and nothing else happens either. All other functions work normally. I am able to replace parts myself and would like to repair this myself. I suspect it is either a faulty control panel or control board. How can I troubleshoot this and what do you believe the problem is? Thank you. Tom Chwalek

Not enough water flow from pump to rotate the top arm. Dishes do not get clean and soap is not all used. I've removed the filter screen & arms to clean them but they were not dirty. The pump works but not well enough. What parts are most likely to fail in the pump assembly? I found the diagram on Sears website. I see there are several o-rings and a check ball (among other things) are any of these parts known to be problems? Which ones? I would like to order up the equivalent of a "rebuild kit" and fix the pump in one shot. Thanks
