You should first check the JVC website for a manual. This is a recent model and a manual should be available for free download. Another option is a website called safemanuals.com. They have a massive database and often can supply manuals that are not available elsewhere. The specific supplier is diplodocs and you will need to create an account. Its free and easy. Good luck

This is usually caused by an oxidized, misaligned or defective Audio/Video drum. You can try running a cleaning tape through the camera. If this does not solve the problem the camera will need to be serviced by a qualified service technician.

This can be caused by several problems including a defective eject switch in the cameras internal circuitry, a stripped gear or a bad motor. This will require disassembling the camera to diagnose and repair. This can usually be done fairly inexpensively but it's not really a user serviceable problem and should be repaired qualified service technician.

This sounds like either the audio input is malfunctioning and didn't record sound to begin with or something amiss in the audio output circuitry that will require disassembly and trouble-shooting to diagnose and repair and can be done fairly inexpensively. However, it's not really a user serviceable problem and should be done by a qualified service technician.

First you need install the softwear (you can probably fined it online). Then you need a wire that conects the JVC to your laptop (you can probably fined that online also). Plug every thing in, turn on your camcorder, and open the program you installed. Finally fallow the instructions.

This is usually caused by a failed component in the moisture detection circuitry within the camera. This will require disassembling the camera to remove the tape mechanism and then replacing the defective component, reassembly and calibration if necessary. This can be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired qualified service technician.
