Try having the device(cellphone.etc..) hooked up to auxillary on its end.. then play music or whatever..then plug the stereo end in and try changing source then.. maybe the unit isnt switching because it doesnt think theres a reason to.. not kidding.. Ive seen this kindve stuff all the time from electronics..theyre so smart theyre stupid. Hoefully this works:)

• Press and hold (SEL) button
• Then turn the control dial to set "Demo/Link" to off
• Setting the clock
• Press number button 4 (Clock). "Clock Hr" (hour) appears. Then, turn the control dial to adjust the hour.
• Press the >>' /\ (fast forward button) to select "Clock Min" (minute). Then, turn the control dial to adjust the minute.
• Press the >>' /\ (fast forward button) to select "24H/12H". Then, turn the control dial to select "12Hours" or "24 Hours" time display mode.
• Exit from setting by pressing the (SEL) Button

I had a similar problem after I updated my iPhone 3g's software to 4.0.1. I read that if you turn off your iPhone, then with your car/stereo turned off, plug in your iPhone. Now turn on the car/stereo which will turn on your iPhone automatically and "re-initialize" the relationship with the iPhone. This worked for me. Hope this helps. If not, check the Apple forums.

try to find the reset a little indent on the face or hole when you remove the face and push in for 2 to 3 secs with a pen or paper clip. Then try your cd again. Still dont work check to see if you have another cd jammed inside and your trying to put two cds at once.

Ok for your no sound problem. a bad speaker, short speaker (one 1 speaker shorts out all will not work cause the radio is in a protective mode), factory amp needs to be turned on, bose system or amplified system in car needs to be rewired to bypass factory amp), buy special car harness to make factory amp compatible with aftermarket radio, late ford models the back speakers are crisscrossed.

Next time please give car info and type of system you got in it so I could narrow down the possible problems a little bit easier.

Hey make sure there capable with your deck i have this deck and downloaded the manual and lernt i cant use a 8g usb stick and it reads most mp3s

Hey hold the SEL button then use the next button till clock comes up. then use your valume nob to adjust.

Did you reset it? theres a little hole near the right side (with the fac plate off) i had to reset mine when the radio just went static nothing would play.

its probly your ipod. the new classics arent compatible with alot of dock connector related acesories. before you get to angry about your ipod try it with some of your friends crappy old ones to see if they work still. if they dont work then take your deck back but if they do work then you might want to take the deck back and try to find a newer model. good luck ; )

hold down the SEL key and then scroll (TRACK FW or TRACK BW) to the Set Clock option. Then use the Up/Down arrows to set the time and hit Done.

you are going to have to either torrent or buy image converting software. shouldnt cost very much but might be a litle hard to find. i wish my deck was that fancy to have pictures. hope you find it
